1. The number that is under the dress that you would like
2. The number that is under the hair STYLE that you would like
3. The number that is under the hair COLOUR that you would like
4. The number under the skin tone you would like
5. State eye colour choice of BLUE, GREEN or BROWN
If all of the above are not answered in the personalisation box, then your order will be delayed.
Printed onto linen effect 6x6 inch card and comes with a white envelope.
