How to Order

• Browse the website and find the item you would like to order. Some items have different colour options - select what you like and add to basket. If for any reason, you are unable to add personalisation, just email it after checkout to honeyclovedesigns@gmail.com. I will always contact you to discuss and to confirm any personalisation.
• For word art designs, the idea is to make them as personal as possible. A rough guide is 30 words. Think of hobbies, likes, family names, places, locations etc. I will always add in some general words and you can review and add in any additional ones at the proof stage.
• For frames, if a proof is required it needs to be approved by you. Once this is done, changes cannot be made. If they are required an additional fee is payable as work is undertaken.
• Lead time varies depending on the time of year. However, due to Brexit supplies are limited and delayed so there are no rush orders of any kind. Generally, once stock is in place, lead time is 2-3 weeks. You will be advised of any changes to this at time of ordering.
