In the personalisation box, please state the name that you want under each set of boots, plus age if appropriate. Up to 8 sets of boots can fit but please note that size of graphics will reduce.
There are several selection sheets to choose from. If you want specific designs, please state the code next to the name, Ie) Jane W4, Josh C10 etc. IF YOU WOULD PREFER THAT I PICK THE DESIGNS, DON'T INCLUDE ANY CODES and I will design myself. You will get a proof once done, so please make sure that you include your email address.
Please also include the family name and if you want any message instead of Home Sweet Home.
